Do I need an account to browse listings?

You can search and open listings as a guest. Creating an account is required when you want to contact an owner, chat, or book a viewing.

How do online viewings work?

You can propose times from the listing; the owner confirms or suggests alternatives. (Video links and reminders are on our roadmap.)

Where does Seuras operate today?

We are starting with Warsaw. More Polish cities will follow as the beta grows.

Is Seuras a replacement for a lawyer or an agent?

Browse long-term listings with the same filters on map and list views. Save favorites, compare neighborhoods, and share links without leaving Seuras.
Ask questions in in-app chat or propose viewing times from the listing. No scattered phone calls—every message and request stays tied to the property.
When a place feels right, send rental intent so the owner knows you are serious. They can review your profile and chat history before agreeing to move forward.
Generate a draft lease in the platform, review terms together in chat, and export a printable copy when both sides are aligned.
Take the signed agreement to a notary to complete the lease under local law. Seuras keeps your deal history and documents organized through closing.

Our story

Why we started Seuras

It started with a bad August

We were trying to rent in Lisbon. One landlord asked for three months of payslips over WhatsApp. Another gave us a 20-minute viewing window and didn't show up. By the time we found a place, we'd sent the same bio — jobs, salaries, references, moving dates — to eleven different strangers. It felt like applying for jobs we didn't want.

The same story, over and over

Every new message meant reintroducing ourselves. Our jobs, our timeline, whether we had a dog. We kept thinking: we already wrote this. Why are we writing it again? And from the other side, landlords were guessing who's serious from a two-line email. Nobody had enough context. Everybody was wasting time.

We handle the boring stuff — scheduling, availability, the basic questions — so the actual conversation can start faster.
