Terms of Use

The service

Seuras is a software platform that helps renters and property owners in Warsaw find each other, chat, book viewings, and prepare draft lease documents. We are not a real-estate agency, law firm, bank, or notary. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your listings, profiles, and any contract you sign.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Polish law. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential.

We may suspend or close accounts that impersonate others, spam, harass, scrape the site, or otherwise abuse the platform.

Listings and profiles

Owners must have the right to list the property and must not publish misleading photos, prices, or availability. Renters must not submit false household or identity information.

You grant Seuras a licence to host and display the content you upload so the marketplace can function. You keep ownership of your content.

Viewings, chat, and contracts

Viewing requests, chat, and generated contracts are tools. They do not guarantee that a viewing will happen or that a lease will be signed. Draft contracts are samples to help you; they are not legal advice. Notarial formalities, if required, are your responsibility.

Beta

The Warsaw launch is a beta. Features may change, break, or be paused. We will try to give notice of significant interruptions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Seuras to discriminate unlawfully, to collect personal data of other users off-platform without their consent, or to interfere with our systems.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Polish consumer law, Seuras is provided “as is”. We are not liable for disputes between renters and owners, off-platform payments, or third-party sites linked from Seuras. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for wilful misconduct).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Courts in Warsaw have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rights.
